How do I personalise my order?

Simply add the item to your basket and follow the personalisation instructions on the product page. You can upload your photo or enter your text directly. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.

What file format should I use for photos?

We recommend high-resolution JPG or PNG files. The higher the resolution, the better the print quality. If your image is low quality, we'll get in touch before printing.

Will I receive a proof before my order is printed?

We don't send proofs as standard, but if you'd like to see one before we print, just leave a note at checkout or contact us and we'll arrange it.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We start processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We can't guarantee changes once production has begun.

Delivery & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are shown at checkout and vary depending on your order size and location.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently focus on UK delivery. Please contact us if you're based outside the UK and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a personalised item?

As our products are made to order and personalised specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We're so sorry if this happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Product Care

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?

Our mugs are dishwasher safe, but to keep your print looking vibrant for longer, we recommend hand washing where possible.

How should I clean my personalised chopping board?

Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not submerge in water or put in the dishwasher, as this can affect the print and the board over time.

How do I care for my coasters?

Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking or using abrasive cleaners to keep the print looking its best.

How long will the print last?

With proper care, our sublimation prints are designed to be long-lasting and fade-resistant. Sublimation printing bonds the ink directly into the material, giving a durable, high-quality finish.
