Image upload guidance

• Files: Please upload a high-resolution JPG or PNG image.
• Image quality: For example, use your original, full-size image rather than a small preview. A tiny thumbnail, enlarged screenshot or heavily compressed image may print blurry or pixelated. We have not specified a minimum pixel count or pixels-per-inch requirement for this listing.
• Fit and cropping: If your design has text, faces or other important details near an edge, let us know how you would like it positioned. Ask us about the dimensions needed for your chosen mug or tumbler before preparing a wrap; no single wrap size is specified here.
• Colour: Colours on a screen may differ slightly from the finished transfer, as noted above for press settings and mug coating.
• Upload limits: No maximum file size or number of images is specified here. If you have trouble uploading, please contact us before ordering.
